About Us Caldwell Food Center is a family-run grocery store serving the community for 63 years. The owners work in the store daily, and more than half of our team has been here 10+ years, creating a stable and supportive workplace.
Position Overview We are seeking a reliable Maintenance / Floor Cleaner to help keep the store clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role is essential to maintaining the store's appearance and providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities • Clean and maintain store floors using appropriate equipment • Perform routine cleaning duties throughout the store • Empty trash, clean restrooms, and maintain common areas • Assist with light maintenance tasks as assigned • Stand and walk for extended periods • Follow safety and cleaning procedures
Requirements • Dependable and self-motivated • Able to lift 40 lbs. • Comfortable standing/walking for long periods • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently • Willing to work a range of shifts, including weekends
