Gem State Staffing-Caldwell is seeking Fertilizer Delivery Drivers for a busy distributor in Caldwell. These seasonal driver positions will typically work from the end of February November. This is an excellent opportunity for newly licensed drivers seeking experience behind the wheel!\ \ Job Description\ Drivers will transport fertilizer from the plant to local growers. Both liquid and dry fertilizer are distributed from this location. Drivers will utilize multiple truck/trailer combinations but will primarily operate a 10-Wheel dry tender truck.\ Drivers will also perform preventative maintenance on equipment and perform general maintenance of facility.\ Record keeping responsibilities required for warehouse/inventory control.\ Experienced farm equipment operators may also be considered for additional positions.\ \ Requirements\ Class A license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.\ Ability to pass pre-employment DOT Drug Screen\ Current DOT Med Card\ Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted\ Tanker and HazMat Endorsements encouraged but not required
Details\ Mon-Fri work schedule, 8-10hr days are common Expect some Saturday scheduling as well during peak production\ Pay Rate: \$21.00 - \$24.00/hr DOE\ Weekly payroll schedule, every Friday for last weeks hours
