Nagwa Tutoring Operations Intern in Cairo, Egypt
Summary
We are looking to hire a Tutoring Operations Intern to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for monitoring tutors, ensuring that their performance and the sessions they give meet the required standards, and facilitating communication between the tutors and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Assess the tutors' performance to ensure that it meets the required standards, using the proper systems, tools, and methodologies
Manage the feedback process between the tutors and the Content Unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality content on time
Ensure that all tutors are informed of our policies and procedures or any changes that might take place
Communicate marketplace updates, that is, either new curriculums or new teaching methodologies applied by the Ministry of Education or teaching centers
Plan the schedules of all the subjects according to the tutors' availability and manage tutors' requests like schedule changes
Reviewing daily/regular performance and advise on changes that will improve efficiencies/quality of the service provided.
Developing tutors' performance systems, tools, and techniques.
Managing the payroll process for tutors.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
