Honeywell Solution Consultant Hospitality – META in Cairo, Egypt
As a Solution Consultant, here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team in selecting the right solutions for our customers in the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) region. You will work closely with our strategic sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve conducting solution demonstrations, delivering presentations, and providing technical guidance throughout the strategic sales process. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth for our Building Automation (BA) business.
In this role, you will impact the success of our “Hospitality” business by effectively communicating the value of our solutions to customers, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your expertise and technical knowledge will contribute to the growth and success of our business in the rapidly evolving field of Building Automation and “Hospitality”.You will report directly to our Vertical Leader and matrix to our Solution Consulting Manager and you'll work out of our location on a work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, sustainability, and safety of buildings and verticals by delivering innovative solutions and driving customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the strategic sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
Conduct solution demonstrations and deliver presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our “Hospitality” solutions.
Conduct technical discussions and support to customers throughout the engagement process.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and ensure alignment with BA’s broader business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and strategic sales teams to ensure that all efforts are aligned with customer needs, market trends, and Honeywell’s full suite of BA offerings which includes BMS, Guestroom Management System (GRMS), Door Locking, Lighting Controls, Fire Alarm System, Public Address & Voice Alarm(PAVA), CCTV, Access Control etc.
Support the strategic sales team in preparing technical solutions and estimates
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights to customers.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
Proven experience in a technical sales or solution consulting role specifically into the “Hospitality” concepts.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
5+ years of experience with Sales or Technical delivery in the Building Controls field
Strong knowledge in the “Hospitality” concept and elements
Designs and implements technical solutions for various aspects of a “Hospitality”, such as BMS, Guestroom Management System (GRMS), Door Locking, Lighting Controls, Fire Alarm System, Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA), CCTV, Access Control etc.
Provides expert advice on “Hospitality” strategies, policies, and best practices.
WE VALUE
Advanced Engineering degree (e.g., Master's) in a relevant field
Experience in the META region and understanding of the local market
Experience within large matrixed organizations, with proven track record of innovation, delivery, and results.
Knowledge of Honeywell Building Automation products and solutions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
