Main Purpose of Job:
Manage all transactional processes and documents for procurement
Responsibilities :
Processing
Creating Purchase Requisitions
Monitoring timely receipt of Goods Receipt and ensuring accuracy in GR Postings
Follow up on PO Creation
Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it
Compliance
Ensure Quality of data including required terms and conditions
Ensure that PRs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are compliant with the SOP
Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it
Ensure that POs are created with the right sourcing methods and documents are compliant with the SOP
Ensure all GRs are created on time and before the invoices
Optimization
- Lead on enhancement projects to improve our KPIs, KRIs and NPS
Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain a strong network with other streams and other NBS streams to promote the End-to End mindset within the team
Develop customer service mindset to foster good working relationships with procurement team
Ability to escalate issues professionally
Participation in the operational reviews with the market and back up the moderates if required
Knowledge Acquisition
Develop a fair understanding of the procurement end-to-end process to understand the impact of all processes on stakeholders
Participate in all P2P process training and knowledge transfer sessions
Knowledgeable of PR Creation, GRs and PO creation.

Academic Background: Business Administration/Supply Chain/Engineering
Microsoft applications (Word – Excel)
Fluent in English language
