POSITION SUMMARY

The main purpose of the Key Account Manager is to achieve sales by category by maximizing short- and long-term growth opportunities and build long term relationship with the customers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Supervisor, mentor & coach subordinates, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and professional development.

  • Develop & maintain strong relationship with our customers to drive business growth.

  • Create & implement strategic sales and promotional plans tailored to the needs of our customers.

  • Ensure implementation of all the terms of Nestle’s Business Development Agreement with our customers.

  • Monitor market trends and competition activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders like supply chain, trade marketing, and marketing teams to come up with solutions catered to our customers’ needs.

  • Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare actionable reports.

  • Ensure on time collection and financial reconciliation with our customers.

  • Lead on special projects within channel to enhance efficiencies.

What will make you successful…

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or any related field.

  • Full proficiency in English language skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
