Manage and verify data related to attendance, compensation, and employee documentation to ensure accuracy. Support the organization, filing, and management of payroll files, records, and documents in compliance with company policies and procedures. Enter, update, and check data within HR and payroll information systems.
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and administrative information for accurate payroll processing, using management software and IT tools.
Support the preparation of periodic reports (payroll, contributions, personnel costs) and documentation required for internal and external audits. Participate in monthly payroll closing activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Manage and monitor any anomalies or discrepancies in compensation data, collaborating on their resolution. Provide support in preparing administrative documentation.
Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and compliance with current labor and data protection regulations. Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and employees, providing support on basic payroll-related topics.
Actively collaborate with the HR and administrative team, contributing to the achievement of common goals and the continuous improvement of payroll processes. Perform additional related administrative tasks as needed.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or related fields.
Related work experience: Even short experience (internship or traineeship) in administration or payroll.
Supervisory experience: Not required.
Technical skills: Basic knowledge of Excel
Languages: Good knowledge of Italian and English level B1
