Duties:
All duties associated with the day to day operation of a property management company
Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces in a fast paced commercial setting.
Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Launder linens and other items as needed.
Perform carpet cleaning and spot treatment as required.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping management.
Experience:
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques is a plus.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have reliable transportation
