Philips Product Industrialization Project Manager (All genders) in Böblingen, Germany
In this role, you have the opportunity,
to play a decisive role in shaping and coordinating the introduction of new medical products into production as part of the Product Industrialization team.
Your role:
You will manage complex product launches into production, including:
Representing production and supply chain requirements within development projects
Planning and executing industrialization projects in close collaboration with the team
Preparing and maintaining project documentation related to product industrialization (e.g. concepts, process design, requirements)
Developing, documenting, and validating production processes in cooperation with relevant specialist departments
You are part of the
Product Industrialization Team, which is directly responsible for the introduction of new products from development into production and the supply chain and therefore has a direct influence on the quality of the products and the efficiency of the processes. The work is strongly characterized by cross-functional working methods in a project environment. This includes representing the manufacturing interests in the development project, as well as transferring the design output into the production process, quality and business systems.
You are the right fit if:
You have several years (>5) of experience as a project manager in an international environment
You have technical or natural science degree (Bachelor/Master in Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent)
You bring strong communication and teamwork skills
You have previous experience in an industrial project environment or in product development
You have previous experience as a production/process engineer in medical technology or comparable regulated environment such as automotive
You have experience in the development, verification and documentation of process flows
You have experience with problem‑solving techniques and process improvement methodologies
You speak German and English fluently
