Position Summary:

This roleis responsible foruncovering actionable insights that drive data-informed decisions forMarketingcampaigns, channels, and shopper experiences. Leads development of measurement frameworks, buildsdashboardsand translates complex data into clear, impactful stories to influence marketing strategy andoptimizeperformance.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Marketing

  • LeadMarketing analytics and performance measurement acrosschannels and segments to assess ROI and effectiveness.

  • Serve as the analytical head for advising leaders on fact-based decisions to improve sales and profitability.

Insights

  • Develop and socialize insights from first- and third-party datato shape targeting, personalization, creative and media strategy.

  • Design andmaintaindashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand shopper behavior, elasticity, and loyalty drivers.

  • Translate complex data into executive-ready narratives and visualizations that influence decision-making and strategic planning.

Performance Management

  • Proactivelyidentifyand investigate new business opportunities through exploratory analysis.

  • Develop andmaintainanalytical processes using up-to-date techniques for evaluating impact, customersegmentationand profitability.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required) in Business Analytics or Economics, Mathematics,Statisticsor relatedfield.

  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. 

Experience

  • 6 years' experience withMarketing analytics; partnering with the business todeterminegoals, designing the measurement frameworks, evaluate the success of Marketingeffortsand delivering recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Experience using advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems from massive datasets.

  • Experience with marketing databases, segmentation, clustering,profilingand modeling tools as well as web analytics preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with reporting, datadiscoveryand visualization tools.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Quantifiedtrack recordof driving seven-figure business results through data-driven decision support.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive leaders with stories built on data.

  • Project management skills with proven ability to lead implementation of analytical processes withaccurateand efficient repeatable results.

  • Ability to effectively present information with visualizations with a focus on telling an impactful story.

  • Knowledge of analytical, quantitative & statistical approaches to derive insights from large, data sets solving complex, ambiguous business problems using business acumen.

  • Exceptional Excel (PowerBI, Power Query, etc.) and PowerPoint required.

Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel, including overnight stays, up to15% depending on business needs.
