Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company standards and legal alcohol service regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol consumption
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Provide excellent customer service, answer guest inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
Comply with health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high-volume or entertainment venue
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and bar equipment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
