ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician (DIRECT HIRE) - 2nd & 3rd Shift - $62K-$66K in Byesville, Ohio
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician (DIRECT HIRE)
Location: Byesville, OH
Pay Range: $30-$32
Shift: 2nd (230pm-11pm) & 3rd (1030pm-7am)
What's the Job?
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal operation.
Perform repairs, replacements, and rebuilds on process equipment such as pumps, gearboxes, valves, and motors.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities as scheduled, adhering to manufacturer and company specifications.
Log all work performed, including repairs and installations, using the CMMS program to ensure accurate record-keeping.
Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training programs to promote a safe working environment.
What's Needed?
Working knowledge of electrical 3-phase systems, PLCs, and controls.
Extensive experience repairing and replacing pumps, motors, filters, and pipes.
Proficiency in welding, cutting, grinding, and operating powered shop tools.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
Availability for emergency call-ins on a rotating basis to support plant operations.
