PIPELINE PROJECT MANAGER
The Pipeline Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of pipeline projects—from planning and procurement through construction, start-up, testing, and close-out—in Byers, CO. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The Project Manager leads planning, execution, and coordination with operations, estimating, and vendors to drive efficiency and consistency. Salary: $140k- $160k per year, paid semi-monthly, plus lodging

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Track projects within blanket contracts and awarded bid projects
Drive consistency, resource management, and vendor coordination across multiple job sites
Track, and monitor bids and work with the estimating team on all bids from receival to submittal
Work closely with operations, estimating, and PMO teams
Understand, forecast and communicate project workload within the division
Work with the managers to develop proposals and production estimates
Support all operations with consistent and reliable information by implementing and maintaining a strong Project Management System
Review production schedules alongside work progress and asset utilization and work with managers to make corrective actions to meet production and profit goals
Manage internal and external resource allocation
Manage internal and customer driven processes
Follow PMO established Project Management principles
Develop project schedules with emphasis on balancing tasks with resources and financial goals
Implement and maintain project execution planning and management that will ensure assigned projects are completed
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
All other duties assigned
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in the construction field
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
PMP Certified or In-Progress
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Excel and MS Project or Primavera P6
Self-motivated, result-driven, detailed focused
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Physical activity for the role includes:
Travel as needed for site visits and to support operating units nationwide
Exposure to variable weather conditions during site visits, including hot and cold weather
Sitting, and standing for prolonged periods
Walking for long periods, on variable terrain
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity for computer and other small equipment use
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
