Northwestern Energy Technical Training Intern in Butte, Montana

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

  • Demonstrate and maintain a good safety record
  • Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Degree work in Professional Communications or a similar field and/or Engineer with an interest in training development
  • Student must have completed Freshman level or higher by start date
  • Must be in good academic standing
  • Must Provide GPA in Resume upon application

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop a variety of training courses for various departments in a modern utility environment
  • Format training content and documentation
  • Identify and apply imagery and audio appropriate for the training content
  • Assist in the review and implementation of course feedback
  • Will assist in creating a Training Content Library
  • Review, categorize, and organize existing training documentation
  • Catalog images for use in future training courses
  • Participate in organizational work meetings

Full-time, temporary position from May - August; potential to also work part-time from September - December.

$20.00 per hour for first year interns, $21.00 per hour for returning interns.
