Huth Technologies, LLC CNC Programmer in Butler, Pennsylvania
Position Duties:
- Lead and coordinate all machining-related operations within the department
- Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor, including collaboration with CAD/CAM systems and CNC program development
- Create and maintain CNC programs, manufacturing process plans, and tooling specifications to support production needs
- Analyze production data to identify and eliminate sources of scrap and inefficiency, driving continuous cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with established quality management systems and applicable ISO standards
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing environment involving machining operations
- Proven background in shop floor management, graphical CNC programming, and computer-based process documentation
