IBM Delivery Project Executive - Hire to Retire (f/m/x) in Bussigny, Switzerland

Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Project Executive - Hire to Retire, you will oversee HR transformation programs covering the full employee lifecycle, leveraging platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to deliver scalable, compliant, and people-centric solutions.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end H2R delivery programs (recruitment, onboarding, core HR, payroll, time, talent)

  • Partner with HR leadership to translate business strategy into technology-enabled solutions

  • Manage delivery across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM landscapes

  • Help the client build their product portfolio by researching the industry trends and leveraging the SMEs in IBM.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with senior business leaders.

  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to shape solutions across consulting, cloud, data, and AI.

  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional teams across business, IT, and delivery organizations.

  • Act as the primary client point of contact for project delivery, risk management, and issue resolution.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice sharing within the delivery organization.

Required technical and professional expertise

10+ years in HR transformation, HR IT delivery, or ERP project management.

*

Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes.

*

Proven experience delivering SuccessFactors or SAP HCM programs.

Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.

*

Agile / PMP project delivery experience.

*

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

*

Swiss / EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit. * CPG/ FMCG industry experience is required.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules (EC, Recruiting, Talent, Time).

  • Payroll or labor-law driven program experience.

  • Global HR rollouts.

  • Experience in global delivery models and multi-country operations.

  • Familiarity with IBM tools, processes, and delivery governance frameworks.

  • Certification in PMP or Agile methodologies.

  • French or German language is an asset.
