Eaton Corporation Offshore Sales Representative (B-Line/EX) in Busan, South Korea

What you’ll do:

  • This role will take a role to lead offshore market with strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships.

  • This role will be main customer window to lead negotiations and engage channel sales activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to successfully navigate the complexities of the offshore and Cable Tray & Seismic product markets.

  • Based on relationships with offshore customers, it is expected to achieve sales target, working with internal cross-functional teams.

  • Sales products may expand to EX proof(explosion-proof) Products like Industrial Lighting, PNL, LCS, JB, Plug & Receptacles, etc.

  • Prepare quotations and lead commercial negotiations with customers in the territory. Understand the competitive environment and leverage that knowledge to position our bid appropriately in the marketplace

  • Own the sales objective and growth targets for the territory, making adjustments to ensure goals are achieved.

  • Responsible for promotions, channel programs, association networking and leading process to maximize the pipeline for growth and return on sales. Coordinate Eaton’s response to commercial issues and lead activities to ensure prompt response.

  • Deliver training programs to customers on advanced topics including safety, reliability and product technology that differentiates Eaton in the marketplace.

  • Gather customer feedback and provide input to product management in an effort to improve product acceptance in the marketplace and drive roadmap development.

  • Work with marketing to identify new opportunities and be a key contributor to commercial strategy development.

  • Provide order management support as required, leveraging local and regional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred related.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience.

  • Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative.

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales or related role within the industry

  • Knowledge of B-Line product, TOLCO

  • Knowledge of Codes and Standards

  • Fluent in written and oral English

  • Initiative and positive

  • Work under pressure
