REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 02/02/2026-10/31/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Crops: Annual Flats, Pots, Baskets, Custom and Large Containers Planting, sticking cuttings, watering plants, loading carts, pulling orders, cleaning, pulling weeds, inside and outside maintenance and upkeep of the facility, cleaning/trimming flowers, putting pots and trays together, working on planting line, labeling baskets with tags, assembling shipping carts, assembling baskets with hangers, loading and unloading trucks, hanging baskets on drip lines by hand or basket poles, moving and loading large annual containers. Additional job duties: Working in onsite show beds, stock beds and fields. Assist with plant production to include trimming, splitting, potting, and moving plants into and out of on-site greenhouses and fields. Workers will assist with plant growing to include weeding, planting beds and fields, working in on-site landscaping of show beds, trimming, pruning plant inventory, and moving plants into and out of on-site greenhouses and fields. Assist with plant shipment to include cleaning, organizing, moving plants into and out of on-site greenhouses and fields, watering, weeding, boxing, and tagging plants for shipping and loading trucks
