Newfane Middle School is seeking a full-time dedicated and dynamic educator to teach 5th-8th grade CTE in any one of the possible CTE areas starting in the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will implement curricular resources while embracing and modeling the Panther Principles, our core values that align with the middle school philosophy.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with New York State learning standards.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Create a supportive and structured classroom environment that encourages student engagement and curiosity.
Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and support staff to enhance student achievement and well-being.
Integrate technology and innovative instructional strategies into lessons to support student learning.
Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and the school community.
