About the Role

As a Clinical Science Associate based in Bursa, Turkey , you will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative therapies to the healthcare professionals who need them most. Operating in a field-based, remote model, you will be the key point of contact for Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in your territory, with a focus on rare disease areas including nephrology, neurology, and cardiology . This role is central to our mission of chasing the miracles of science and ensuring that patients have access to life-changing treatments.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales performance for a defined portfolio of rare disease products within a designated geography or customer list
• Raise HCP satisfaction by delivering high-quality, scientifically accurate product information tailored to the needs of specialists in nephrology, neurology, and cardiology
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key Health Care Professionals, including doctors, specialists, and hospital-based stakeholders
• Achieve personal sales objectives in line with regional and national targets
• Execute territory planning effectively, prioritizing customer visits and engagements to maximize impact
• Deliver compelling product presentations that reflect deep scientific and clinical knowledge
• Monitor and report on territory performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and market access teams to ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement
• Ensure full compliance with Sanofi's ethical standards, internal policies, and applicable regulations in all customer interactions
About You
Education
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry or a related scientific/medical field
Experience
• Prior experience in rare diseases is strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of at least one of the following therapeutic areas: nephrology, neurology, or cardiology
• Experience in field sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an asset
Skills & Competencies
• Strong presentation and communication skills — ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and persuasively to HCPs
• Medical and scientific acumen — ability to engage credibly with specialists and key opinion leaders
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote/field-based environment
• Strong organizational and territory management skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and omnichannel engagement approaches
• Valid driving license and active use of a personal vehicle required for field-based customer visits and territory coverage
