Twin City Staffing is looking for a skilled Landscaping Specialist / Driver for a high-volume team in the Burnsville area! This is a hands-on position designed for someone who can drive a crew, operate heavy equipment, and ensure every project meets the highest quality standards. Apply today! Location: Burnsville, MN Wage: $20.00 $30.00/hr. (DOQ) Hours: 8:00 AM Finish (Typically 5:00 PM) | Monday Friday (Occasional Saturdays) Benefits of the Landscaping Specialist / Driver: Medical insurance (100% company-paid once hired on!) Dental and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life, disability, and accident coverage Critical illness insurance Established company with long-term stability Duties of the Landscaping Specialist / Driver: Lead and perform planting, mulching, and general lawn maintenance Operate landscaping tools including shovels, rakes, trimmers, and blowers Drive company vehicles and safely operate 16-foot trailers Load and unload heavy materials and equipment safely Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects Follow all safety guidelines and maintain an organized work environment Requirements: Valid DOT license and a clean driving record Foreman-level landscaping and lawn maintenance experience Experience operating trucks and pulling 16-foot trailers Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs. and perform heavy labor daily Important: This is a high-activity role, not a driving-only position Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for long periods Stamina to work outdoors in extreme heat, cold, or rain Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Availability for weekends as needed based on workload Ability to pass a background check and drug test Contact Information: Apply today to take the next step in your landscaping career!
