About the Job:
Hill Country Fellowship Christian Academy is a faith-based preschool where children are loved, nurtured, and taught the foundational skills they need for kindergartenacademically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Our goal is to help students grow in the love of Jesus while learning in a structured and caring environment.
We are located insideHill Country Fellowship Churchin Burnet, TX, and operate Monday through Friday from7:15 AM to 5:30 PM. Teacher schedules are full-time and fit within these operating hours.
What Youll Do:
- Create a warm, safe, and Christ-centered classroom environment.
- Care for and supervise children in your assigned class.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons.
- Practice effective classroom management and guidance techniques.
- FollowTexas Minimum Standardsfor Child Care Centers.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude every day.
Requirements:
- Must be at least18 years old.
- Must have ahigh school diploma or GED.
- Must be physically able to walk, stand, bend, and occasionally run or lift when needed.
- Previous experience in early childhood education is a plus but not required.
