Job Title: PM Shift Production Assembler
Job Description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing medical devices. As a PM Shift Production Assembler, you will be involved in assembling products on a fast-paced production line and occasionally work in a clean room environment. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and quality output.
Work Environment

Work within a focused team and embrace the company's pride in product craftsmanship. Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to complete production orders efficiently.
Learn and operate all 12 stations within a 2-3 month period.
Follow written English instructions to assemble units using small hand tools.
Work alongside team members and independently as needed.
Maintain the speed of the production line to prevent bottlenecks.
Stand throughout the shift while labeling products and sealing packaging pouches in the clean room.
Adhere to all clean room protocols, including wearing provided attire and removing cosmetics and jewelry.
Essential Skills
A valid 2-year visa from the date of hire.
1 year of experience working in a fast-paced production line.
Comfort with a 1-year contract duration.
Experience using small hand tools such as crimpers, screwdrivers, and tweezers.
Ability to work with small pieces and parts during assembly.
Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 30lbs occasionally.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in English communication.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Soldering experience.
PCB assembly experience in a regulated environment.
Ability to read instructions for soldering and match numbers to wires.
