Job Description
Insight Global is eeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Production Support Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance for Oracle EBS—primarily within financial modules. This position is heavily focused on EBS (95%), with some exposure to cloud integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day production support for Oracle EBS, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.
Investigate and resolve failed interfaces, including diagnosing root causes, troubleshooting error messages, and applying code or data fixes.
Develop and deploy bug fixes and enhancements within Oracle EBS technical components.
Perform data fixes (in accordance with change control processes), test updates, and validate results with business users.
Support and maintain integrations and interfaces between EBS and other systems.
Collaborate with Finance and other business teams to support business-as-usual accounting operations within the EBS financial modules.
Analyze table structures and write SQL/PLSQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, and data validation.
Document fixes, technical steps, and provide clear communication to functional and business stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite experience.
Strong experience supporting Oracle EBS Financial Modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, FA).
Advanced PL/SQL development skills.
Solid understanding of EBS database table structures and the ability to write complex SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting.
Experience with EBS interfaces and integrations, including the ability to debug and support technical workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under time-sensitive production conditions.
