COCUSA MOTEL Hotel Front Desk Clerk-Night Shift in BURLINGTON, Washington

Must be able to work 11PM to 7AM.**
Must speak English and have a High School Diploma or GED.**
Successful passing of background check and drug test (no THC) is required.**
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression with friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries via phone using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct night audit procedures to prepare reports for management
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and controlling access to the property during night hours
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and facilities are in optimal condition
- Uphold standards of hospitality management by delivering guest services that exceed expectations
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is required.
- Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software systems is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal relations, are essential
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations with professionalism, patience, and enthusiasm
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and managing guest inquiries efficiently
