Surge Staffing Bilingual Workforce Manager in Burlington, New Jersey
Lead the delivery of high-quality staffing services by gathering detailed client requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment, and upholding company quality standards such as the Performance Selection System (PSS). Oversee recruiting, training, orientation, recognition, and retention programs to maintain strong temporary employee performance and satisfaction. Build and manage productive client relationships through regular communication, business development activities, and presentations of HR and workforce solutions.
Supervise onsite staffing operations, including attendance monitoring, performance coaching, issue resolution, and award programs. Manage Workforce Supervisors and Staffing Specialists as needed. Ensure accurate invoicing, adherence to collection procedures, and overall account profitability. Maintain complete records, produce required management reports, follow all company policies, and perform any additional duties necessary to support successful branch and client operations.
