ManpowerGroup Data Quality Analyst – Indonesian Language Specialist in Burlingame, California

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data services industry, is seeking a Data Quality Analyst – Indonesian Language Specialist to join their team. As a Data Quality Analyst – Indonesian Language Specialist, you will be part of the Data Operations team supporting innovative AR/VR product development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Quality Analyst – Indonesian Language Specialist

Location: Burlingame, California - Hybrid (Mon/Fri Remote, Tues/Wed/Thurs Onsite)

Pay Range: $27

What's the Job?

  • Author and refine guidelines for Indonesian-language data collection and quality assurance audits.

  • Conduct internal research studies involving Indonesian-speaking participants, including sourcing, guiding through procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.

  • Perform weekly quality assurance audits of Indonesian-language data collected by internal and external teams.

  • Compose weekly reports highlighting trends and issues specific to Indonesian-language data.

  • Provide ongoing feedback to collection teams to ensure high-quality Indonesian data and monitor program performance for continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

  • Fluency in Indonesian (spoken and written) is required.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets/Excel), including formula writing.
