Personnel Plus is now hiring for a professional, energetic, and dependable Receptionist to join our staffing agency team. This full-time position serves as the first point of contact for applicants, employees, and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate maturity, responsibility, integrity, and strong professionalism.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to assist customers and promote company services. The Receptionist will greet visitors, assist applicants through the application process, and provide administrative and customer support, Annual bonus opportunities based on performance Company.

Pay: \$15.00 per hour DOE (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Additional Requirement: On-call rotation

Essential Job Functions

Greet applicants, employees, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Assist applicants with questions and guide them through the application process

Provide support to employees, including password resets and general assistance

Make sales contacts, research customer needs, and develop service solutions

Cultivate relationships with potential customers through regular sales calls and follow-ups

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of staffing services offered by the company

Exceed customer expectations by resolving issues and troubleshooting concerns

Generate tracking documentation and reports for accountability purposes

Assist with promoting the company within the community and participating in outreach or PR events

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing

Utilize office equipment, phones, internet systems, and other office technology

Promote and sell housekeeping and janitorial services to prospective customers

Perform other duties as assigned to support company operations

Other duties may be assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required

Additional Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

Strong office professionalism and phone etiquette

Basic math skills
