Job Description:
Anything that you would like Supplier Partners to know Routine Activities
Conduct new Hire Training
Conduct EHS Training, Audits / Assessments for JSA, LOTO, PPE and other safety requirements
Safety Committees - Organize and run the committee meetings
Support in the approval of work permits to employees and contractors
Manage the maintenance to emergency and fire protection equipment (hoses, fire extinguishers, spill kit, etc.)
Help Exceed site goal, near misses/hazard reports by administering the program.
Assist with 5S documentation and audits
Conduct Emergency Drills
Update Site communication boards daily / Weekly / monthly
Manage chemical inventory system.
Support PSSRs and MOCs
Incident reporting - Enter data into database, liaise with corporate EHS, lead investigations and root cause analysis.
Requirements
Minimum education High School Graduate
Operations experience/ EHS experience preferred.
