Job Description
One of our Aerospace clients is looking for a CMM Programmer to join their team in Burbank, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, modify, and maintain CMM inspection programs and inspection plans (ZEISS CALYPSO)
Provide floor support, training, and troubleshooting for inspection processes
Define inspection methods, tooling, fixtures, gages, and CMM/conventional instrumentation
Support root cause analysis, corrective actions, and problem‑solving teams
Conduct manufacturing process audits and effectiveness follow‑ups
Review existing inspection equipment and implement cost‑effective upgrades
Support validation, documentation, and certification of inspection processes

Skills and Requirements
5–7+ years in manufacturing quality, inspection, or CMM programming
Understanding of GD&T
Experience troubleshooting inspection and measurement issues
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience - ZEISS CALYPSO programming experience
Bachelors degrree
PC‑DMIS experience
Visual Basic and/or InspectionXpert
Process auditing experience
Solid modeling experience (ProE, NX/Unigraphics, SolidWorks, or similar)
