Amergis Healthcare Staffing is actively hiring Classroom Aides and Behavior Technicians to support students within the Burbank Unified School District . Position Details
• Pay Rate: $23–$28 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | School-day hours
• Setting: Elementary, middle, or high school classrooms
• Start: Immediate and upcoming school year openings
Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 or small group student support
• Assist students with academic tasks and classroom participation
• Implement behavior intervention strategies under the direction of school staff and/or BCBA
• Support students with IEP goals and social-emotional development
• Maintain documentation and communication with supervising staff

Qualifications
• Experience working with children or in educational/behavioral settings preferred
• ABA experience is a plus (for Behavior Technician roles)
• Ability to pass background clearance requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
