Responsibilities The Blow Line Operator is responsible for running all machines utilized in the production of PVC fittings and components in the Blow Line department. The Blow Line Operator will specifically run three pieces of equipment in simultaneously order starting with the PVC heater, then the Blow mold, and finally the Finishing Saw. Daily communication regarding machine performance must be communicated to the Blow Line Lead. Machine inspection is performed for accurate setup and performance safety. All product quality is the sole responsibility of the operator and must be communicated to the Quality Manager and/or the Blow Line Lead. Ultimate goal is to produce high quality parts with minimum downtime in the most safe and economical manner. The Blow Line Operator must be flexible to work 40+ hours per week. The Blow Line Operator reports directly to the Blow Line Lead.
