Job Description
The UX/UI-focused developer supports the design, development, and improvement of Kaleida Health digital properties, including public websites, intranets, and digital tools. This role emphasizes user experience, interface design, and web-based graphic design, combining front-end development, Drupal custom theming, and an understanding of CMS back-end functionality. The developer also designs and implements custom scripts and API integrations to enhance performance, automate workflows, and support business needs. The developer collaborates with Marketing, IT, and the creative team to translate user needs, branding, and accessibility requirements into intuitive, engaging, and effective digital experiences. This position is hands-on and execution-focused, combining UX/UI design, front-end implementation, and technical support for CMS functionality.
Education And Credentials
Bachelor Degree Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, and/or Web Development required.
Experience
5 years of experience in Web Design and Development in a Business Environment required.
