Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in computer science, data science, computer information systems, or related fields. Previous supervisory or team lead experience, and experience with performance management and staff development.
Experience working with web content management systems, including helping maintain content, following established guidelines, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Familiarity with web accessibility principles and standards (such as WCAG and ADA ), and an interest or experience in helping ensure digital content is usable and accessible for all audiences.
Experience coordinating or supporting web or enterprise application projects, including planning work, tracking progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile or Scrum-based approaches.
A working understanding of common web technologies (such as HTML , CSS , and JavaScript) and responsive, mobile-friendly design concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers and help inform technical decisions.
Demonstrated interest in learning, developing, and growing in a supervisory or people-leadership capacity.
Experience with advanced, large-scale systems in a complex university environment.·
Familiarity with enterprise application platforms and integration patterns
