It’s navigating employee relations while staying survey-ready.
It’s payroll issues that can’t wait until tomorrow.
We are seeking a Regional HR Operations Manager who hasbeen there- someone who has served in a facility-level HR leadership role and understands the realities of long-term care operations. This is a field-facing, enterprise-impact role designed for an experienced LTC HR professional who brings credibility, practical judgment, and the ability to coach site HR leaders because they’ve walked in their shoes.

Prior HR leadership experience within a long-term care facility
Demonstrated understanding of LTC operational realities
Experience managing compliance in regulated healthcare environments
Strong working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems
Ability to influence and guide field HR teams with confidence
