Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference for direct D2L Brightspace systems experience.
Experience in a higher education environment, particularly in supporting faculty and students with online learning needs.
Experience managing SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms and web-based applications, particularly handling user management and system configurations.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) systems (e.g. TDX ) for managing support requests and customer interactions.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to technical professionals and non-technical end-users.
