Job Title:HVAC Maintenance Coordinator - 1st Shift Reporting To:Supervisor, HVAC Work Schedule:Onsite - Buffalo, NYMoog is the world-wide leader of advanced flight controls and actuation for commercial and military aircraft.We are positioned on virtuallyevery aircraft flying today, supplying highly reliable systems that are supportable and add significant value for our customers. To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you: * High School diploma or GED preferred.Otherwise, demonstrated ability to understand and apply all verbal, written and computer work instructions or training in English, and demonstrated ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. * Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC as a service-related coordinator, dispatch coordinator, or supervisor in maintenance or repair * Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) such as Maximo, Service Titan or similar preferred As an HVAC Maintenance Coordinator, you will: * Assist HVAC Supervisor with day-to-day tasks. * Complete various administrative tasks as required. * Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle daily solutions to campus HVAC issues. * Assist in resolution of a variety of situations - prioritize and delegate as required. * Assist in the implementation of, as well as manage the HVAC Department CMMS system - eMaint software platform. * Receive service requests from customers on campus and dispatch technicians in an efficient manner, utilizing technical skill matching and geographical dispatching best practices to optimize opportunities and provide the customer the most seamless customer experience possible. * Oversee preventative maintenance schedules. * Manage and update dashboard displays daily. * Manage outside contractor maintenance visits and corresponding reports. * Audit work order completion rates and professionally communicate those audit results to HVAC Supervisor. * Manage HVAC inventory of belts, filters, motors, repair parts, etc. * Develop process to ensure HVAC shop is orderly and clean. * Support project management activities within the HVAC Department. * Assist with contractor coordination, drawing management, record keeping, manage HVAC Department vehicles, repair coordination, mileage tracking etc. * Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for equipment and parts. * Support campus Environmental, Health and Safety Department (EHS) with management of refrigerants, audit information and all other EHS requirements relating to HVAC. * Work individually much of the time but will be part of a larger working group depending on the task. * Conduct effective day-to-day communications with both internal and external customers to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner. * Shift is Monday through Friday - occasional overtime required, as is weekend overtime shifts to support planned facility shutdowns and unplanned emergency support of the HVAC Department and/or How we care for you: * Financial Rewards: great compensation package, annual profit sharing, matching 401k and the ability to participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts * Work/Life Balance: Flexible paid time off, holidays and parental leave program, relocation assistance * Health & Welfare: Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, Employee Assistance Plan ("EAP") and other supplemental benefit coverages * Professional Skills Development: Tuition Assis
