Work Schedule:Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local - Buffalo, NYMoog's Corporate Group is hiring an experienced, detail-oriented HR Analytics Manager to join our team! As the HR Analytics Manager, you will lead the HR Analytics function by defining and executing a comprehensive data strategy that delivers actionable insights to support informed decision-making across the HR organization. You will take ownership over the development and implementation of a long-term analytics roadmap, leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to strengthen data-driven practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining global HR reporting and analytics within Workday and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards. Serving as a strategic partner to Global HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), HR Technology, and business leaders, you will translate complex data into clear, meaningful narratives that enable workforce planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. As the HR Analytics Manager, you will lead a team focused on delivering actionable insights through Workday reporting and data analysis. You will be required to demonstrate strong leadership to guide, develop, and motivate team members while ensuring alignment with business priorities and maintaining data integrity. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in HR data analytics, reporting, and visualization, coupled with a strong understanding of Workday or similar HR systems. They blend technical proficiency with business insight, enabling them to transform complex data into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders at all levels. To be considered for the HR Analytics Manager, here's what you'll need to bring with you: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. * Over five (5) years of experience in HR analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Over three (3) years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics tools; experience with additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. * Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security principles. * Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels. * Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting critical HR deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. * High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
