These are field-based sales positions within designated geographical territories. Sales professionals work from home offices and local branch offices but spend significant time traveling to customer sites for in-person meetings. This role requires regular face-to-face customer interaction and cannot be performed as a fully remote position.

We're hiring Sales Executives, Senior Sales Executives, and Account Executives in major markets across the U.S. If you're passionate about technical sales, thrive in complex environments, and want to represent world-class technology that makes buildings safer, smarter, and more sustainable – we want to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
We need sales professionals who can:
Sell sophisticated technical solutions – These aren't simple product sales; you'll be consulting on complex building systems that integrate technology, IoT, and sustainability
Navigate a matrix organization – You'll collaborate with internal teams (operations, engineering, finance, legal) to deliver customer outcomes
Build relationships across diverse stakeholders – Your customers include general contractors, electrical contractors, MEP engineering firms, facility managers, and building owners
Understand commercial building markets – Hospitals, universities, data centers, corporate campuses, government facilities, life sciences, industrial plants – the opportunities are vast
Drive results – You'll manage territories, develop strategic account plans, forecast accurately, and consistently hit booking and profit goals
Bring both hunter and farmer mentality – Develop existing accounts while actively pursuing new business
All experience levels are welcome:
Early-career sales professionals (0-3 years) eager to grow in technical sales
Experienced sellers (3-8 years) ready to take on larger, more strategic accounts
Seasoned account executives (8+ years) who can independently manage complex deals and mentor others
Qualifications You'll Need
_Basic/Required: _ _ _
- One (or more) of these three:
Sales experience in building automation, security systems, fire/life safety, low voltage systems, MEP, construction, or similar industries, OR
Technical degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field) with any sales, business development, or customer relationship experience, OR
Track record in relationship-based sales, business development, or account management
Financial acumen to estimate, price, and close technical solutions
Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High school diploma or state-recognized GED
Must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and have an acceptable driving record (all are eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program)
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred:
Sales experience in building automation, security systems, fire/life safety, low voltage systems, MEP, construction, cloud-based solutions, IoT, software, or other related technical sales experience
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
Industry certifications (NICET, LEED, etc.) and involvement in professional organizations (ASHRAE, NFPA, IFMA, ASHE, etc.)

The pay range for these positions is $55,000 - $155,000 annually plus an uncapped commission structure . The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
