ManpowerGroup Production Operator 1 in Buffalo Grove, Illinois
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Operator 1 to join their team. As a Production Operator 1, you will be part of the Light Industrial department supporting assembly and production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator 1
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Pay Range: $$19.00-$20.50ph
Shift: First shift -- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
What's the Job?
Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products according to quality and production standards.
Use visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products.
Move parts and materials to ensure smooth workflow and maintain an organized work area.
Rotate between different operations within a work cell and across departments as needed.
Prepare and maintain work records and notify supervisors of any process deviations or issues.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Hands-on experience in assembly, manufacturing, food service, automotive work, or similar fields.
Dependable transportation to and from work.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change.
