Aerotek Manufacturing Lead in Buffalo Grove, Illinois
Hiring: Manufacturing Team Lead/Trainer
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Shift: 2:15pm–10:30pm Mon-Fri
Pay: $25–$28/hr
We’re seeking an Inline Trainer to train new employees on assembly builds and ensure production quality and accuracy.
Job Details:
Train new team members on build processes, work instructions, SOPs, and visual guidebooks
Ensure zero‑defect quality standards are met
Support production goals through hands‑on coaching
Use computer-based training tools and documentation
Provide clear guidance and maintain a positive, motivating approach
Must Have:
2+ years experience as a Line Lead or Inline Trainer
Strong computer skills and comfort with digital training materials
Ability to coach, motivate, and communicate clearly
Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
