Perini Steakhouse is seeking an energetic, friendly, and customer focused Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Guest Experience Warmly greet guests and seat them according to table rotation and guest needs. Provide menus and introduce guests to daily specials or restaurant features. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns professionally. Communication and Coordination Answer phones, handle inquiries, take reservations, and transfer calls as needed. Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth service. Dining Room Operations Inspect dining, serving, and restroom areas for cleanliness and proper setup. Clean restrooms and replenish supplies when needed. Monitor and maintain overall guest flow and table rotation. Service Support Take and prepare to go orders. Operate the cash register to process payments. Assist dining room staff to maintain prompt, courteous service. Support planning for parties, events, and special services.
