Perini Steakhouse is seeking an energetic, friendly, and customerfocused Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
Guest Experience
- Warmly greet guests and seat them according to table rotation and guest needs.
- Provide menus and introduce guests to daily specials or restaurant features.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
Communication and Coordination
- Answer phones, handle inquiries, take reservations, and transfer calls as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth service.
Dining Room Operations
- Inspect dining, serving, and restroom areas for cleanliness and proper setup.
- Clean restrooms and replenish supplies when needed.
- Monitor and maintain overall guest flow and table rotation.
Service Support
- Take and prepare togo orders.
- Operate the cash register to process payments.
- Assist in supervising and coordinating dining room staff to maintain prompt, courteous service.
- Support planning for parties, events, and special services.
Weekdays:
4:00 PM - 9:30 PM Weekends:
- 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM
