Perini Ranch Steakhouse is seeking a hardworking, reliable Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Dishwashing and Cleaning Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial machines or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean, orderly condition. Clean garbage cans using water or steam. Sort and dispose of trash in designated pickup locations. Sweep and scrub floors as needed and assist with maintaining clean restrooms. Organization and Storage Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated areas. Stock supplies such as food, utensils, and other items in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars. Receive, store, and transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas manually or with hand trucks. Food and Service Support Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving. Prepare and package individual place settings. Load or unload trucks delivering or picking up food or supplies. Available Work Hours Weekdays: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM Weekends: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Perini Ranch Steakhouse is an equal opportunity employer
