Cognizant Full-Stack Software Engineer in BuenosAires,BA-Tucuman, Argentina
About the role
As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer , you will make an impact by developing scalable, high‑quality web applications that integrate structured content using modern engineering practices. You will be a valued member of our engineering team, collaborating with senior engineers, technical leads, and cross‑functional partners to deliver innovative, user‑centric solutions for our clients.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain high‑quality features for client‑facing applications, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Configure and manage Contentful spaces, optimize content models, and integrate content via SDK or GraphQL.
Design and implement dynamic, user‑friendly interfaces using Next.js with a strong focus on performance and usability.
Deploy and manage applications on Vercel, ensuring optimized builds and seamless integration with modern frameworks.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and contribute to architectural discussions.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve code quality and development efficiency.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript , ReactJS / Next.js , and experience deploying applications on Vercel .
Hands‑on experience with Contentful , including configuration, content modeling, and integration.
Solid experience with Node.js , TypeScript , and GraphQL .
Fundamental CMS knowledge (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, or similar).
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git .
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
High initiative, strong technical capability, and a willingness to deepen expertise in Contentful.
These will help you stand out:
Experience with Bootstrap , Ionic Framework , or GruntJS .
Knowledge of additional headless CMS platforms such as Sanity or Strapi .
Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for continuous learning and modern development best practices.
