Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in Desktop Support you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless IT operations within our hybrid work model. You will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support troubleshooting issues and enhancing system performance. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and productivity of our team aligning with the companys goals.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive desktop support to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions for complex technical challenges.
Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of desktop systems to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for desktop support tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all technical operations.
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Assist in the deployment of new software and hardware ensuring compatibility and efficiency.
Coordinate with vendors for technical support and procurement of IT resources.
Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Provide remote support to employees working from different locations ensuring consistent service quality.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in desktop support to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Qualifications

Have a solid understanding of desktop operating systems and software applications.

Hold a bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Certifications Required
CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent is required.
