Title: Principal HR Business Partner, LATAM RegionLocation: Buenos Aires, Argentina

Workstyle: Full-time, 5 day at the office.

The Principal HR Business Partner, LATAM will serve as the senior HR leader for NCR Voyix across Latin America. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to LATAM President and the region’s business leaders, driving people strategies that enable organizational effectiveness, talent development, and cultural alignment. This leader will develop and implement strategic organizational effectiveness programs, oversee HR operations and labor relations, and act as a key partner to regional business and global HR leaders. The Principal HR Business Partner will also play a pivotal role in change management, regional succession planning, and building leadership capability to support NCR Voyix’s evolving business needs in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Retail and Product regional leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives across LATAM

  • Design and implement strategic organizational regional effectiveness initiatives that drive business performance and align with global priorities

  • Work in partnership with our HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Diversity & Inclusion), provide guidance when needed on employee relations, performance management, and change management

  • Oversee and evolve employee engagement strategy and initiatives across LATAM

  • Provide organizational design consulting and assess the effectiveness of training and development programs for the region

  • Ensure supervision and act as escalation point for local employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across LATAM

  • Champion a high-performance culture and support leadership development initiatives

  • Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting inclusion and cross-cultural collaboration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred

  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role supporting LATAM

  • Experience in supporting business areas on their growth journey in a multinational company

  • Proven success leading organizational design and large-scale change initiatives in a matrixed environment

  • Deep understanding of LATAM employment laws, labor practices, and cultural dynamics

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and build trusted relationships across business and HR teams

  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and data-driven HR practices

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written); Portuguese is a strong plus

  • Experience working in or with a U.S.-based multinational preferred

  • Ability to travel across LATAM as needed
