The Sales Manager will have responsibility for the assigned sales team in the region, specifically Tier 1/2/3 accounts where they will oversee engagement and sales initiatives. This role has P&L responsibility for these accounts and will ensure internal alignment of resources, with the help of Project Managers, to drive successful project/sales completion.
Your Impact
Manage P&L for assigned accounts
Align internal/external resources for defined projects/services
New Product Introduction, provide technical expertise and field usage support for all new product launches across current OEM accounts
Ensure OEM and retrofit channels are aware of relationship/projects where appropriate
Support Business Development with new OEM lead generation and follow-up
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or project management
Solid knowledge of agriculture and agricultural machinery, including product applications and market dynamics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Analytical and Problem-Solving; Balancing multiple priorities
