Philips Clinical Applications Specialist in Buenos Aires, Argentina

Clinical Applications Specialist

Responsible for conducting detailed analyses of complex clinical workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancing patient care and operational efficiency, working under general supervision.

Your role:

  • Develops and delivers customized clinical education and training materials in collaboration with customers to maximize the value of Philips’ clinical solutions.

  • Configures and adapts Philips’ clinical applications to diverse healthcare environments, ensuring optimal functionality and usability based on clinical needs.

  • Analyzes complex clinical workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve patient care and operational performance.

  • Provides expert clinical and technical guidance to support seamless implementation and effective use of Philips’ solutions.

  • Conducts in-depth needs assessments, communicates complex concepts clearly, and ensures thorough documentation, timely project execution, and high customer satisfaction.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or technical field such as Nursing, Kinesiology, Physiotherapy, Anesthesia Technology, or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Application Specialist, Clinical Educator, Application Consultant, or in a comparable clinical support role within healthcare technology, medical devices, or hospital environments.

  • Applies clinical, technical, and business expertise to assess customer needs, position solutions effectively, and drive informed decision-making.

  • Manages stakeholders and competitive insights to support strategic alignment, optimize value delivery, and enhance customer outcomes.

  • Provides targeted user training and ongoing support, leveraging feedback and customer satisfaction practices to ensure effective adoption and use of solutions.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
