Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing supply chain plans to ensure optimal inventory levels, timely deliveries, and efficient resource allocation.
This position plays a key role in aligning demand forecasts with production and distribution capabilities.
Your Impact
Assist APS organization in conducting employee skills gap assessment to determine training needs and prioritize actions and develop APS training courses required to support APS successful implementation
Support continuous improvement projects in alignment with the Corporation
Apply best practices, routines and innovative solutions
Guide industrial improvements processes and contributes in a team environment
Establish relationships with onsite and offsite functional groups.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Eng, Production Eng. or other Eng. related.
2, 3+ years of experience, Knowledge and experience in a lean manufacturing environment, in process design (material and process flow, process balancing, takt time, Yamazumi) and in Industrial Processes.
Strong problem solving/process troubleshooting skills,
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, persuasion and argumentative profile
Advanced English language (speaking and writing)
